k555 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the k555 Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), through which the User accesses all Platform services.
• "Platform" means the k555 website accessible at k555.biz and all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, and features operated thereunder.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered for, or is accessing, an Account on the Platform.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products made available on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money PKR deposits held in a User's Account balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by k555 subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under k555's compliance procedures.

By registering an Account on k555, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the k555 Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Games or promotions, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and k555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

k555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the k555 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 18. k555 implements age verification checks as part of its KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and for your personal use only.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling or betting activities in your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept that online gambling laws vary across Pakistan's provinces and regions, and you represent that your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the k555 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

k555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds until verification is complete. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of an underage person will be closed immediately and all Funds therein forfeited.

Each User may hold only one Account on the k555 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. k555 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify k555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

k555 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any third party.

k555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. k555 may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Users.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by k555, however your payment provider's own transaction limits may apply. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 1–15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

You confirm that all Funds deposited into your k555 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. k555 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on behalf of another person.

k555 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges levied by your bank or payment provider are outside k555's control and are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your Account. This policy is maintained to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Users must submit a copy of their valid Pakistani CNIC and, where requested, proof of address or payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process; once completed it does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals.

k555 will use reasonable endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving financial institution. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.

k555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security, fraud, or compliance checks. Users will be informed of the reason for any such delay.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. k555 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

k555 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real-money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion terms.

k555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited. k555 may at its sole discretion decline to offer any promotion to any User.

Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

All Games on the k555 Platform operate in accordance with the specific rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay.

k555 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based Games. Published RTP and house-edge figures represent long-run statistical outcomes and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Sports betting markets are offered subject to k555's sportsbook rules. In the event of a void market, disputed result, or technical error, k555 will apply its betting rules to determine the settlement outcome. k555's decision on all betting disputes is final.

k555 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault. Customers will be notified of voided bets and their stake returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k555 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account, whether individually or in collaboration with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating accounts solely to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering to exploit bonus terms, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any Game or market.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing or using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the k555 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of k555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of k555.

k555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended for adult entertainment only. k555 provides the following tools to all registered Users to help manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts to notify you of elapsed session time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying your net session position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform via Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

k555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. k555 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or third-party payment delays beyond its reasonable control.

k555's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

k555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• k555 has reason to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes.
• The User has provided false or misleading information.
• The User has self-excluded.
• k555 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation.

Upon Account closure for cause, k555 may, at its discretion, retain any Funds in the Account for the purposes of satisfying any outstanding obligations, pending investigation, or regulatory requirement. Where an Account is closed through no fault of the User, any available Account balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method following completed KYC verification.

k555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, k555 will use reasonable efforts to notify Users by email or by prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which k555 is registered and operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
